13 In the matching and judging stages of competence-based assessment, the following guidelines are helpful:

A. Sufficient evidence is generated in abnormal or unrealistic conditions.
B. The assessment process should be generic and comparable with other candidates
C. Both the assessor and candidate should be in a serious and tense stature during the assessment periods
D. Evidence sbould be traceable to the source and kept on record.
