A. Beginning at the back of the neck, and proceeding to the buttocks, press the spine to find where it hurts B. Prick the skin of the hands and the soles of the feet with a sharp object to check for reaction C. Selectively raise each arm and each leg and watch patient's face to see if he registers pain D.
